SMS RSVP is another method to invite guests, and collect RSVP responses digitally. Unique QR code links can also be sent automatically.

We ensure that your guest database will not be used for any other purposes nor will it be shared with any third party companies or entities. Data will be deleted from our system after the event has ended or at any point in time upon request to do so. It takes only 2-3 seconds per person for the QR code check-in process to be completed. In addition, QR code check-in can be operated by multiple devices at the same time. This will drastically reduce the queuing duration, and you can efficiently allocate manpower to registration counters.

Walk-In Registration
Not all guests are pre-registered for the event. Even more so, some may not bring their QR Code. With Ez-Onsite, you can easily check-in guests who did not bring their QR Code and also add in guests who walked-in.
Any printer is compatible for badge printing
Just connect your printer to the laptop PC, configure the paper size, margin, font, and scale on the browser printing setting and you're good to go.

Trial account allows you to try our features for 14 days however, it has limitations (Up to 30pax guest records, Email blasting up to 90 emails ). If you want to use Ez-RSVP for your actual event, or you want to upload more than 30 guests / send more than 90 emails, please subscribe to our paid plan.
No, trial account is meant to let users test our system. For your actual event, please subscribe to any of our available paid plans.
It is not compulsory but we recommend you to have it. Event invitation emails are considered as marketing emails therefore without the unsubscribe link, it increases the probability of the email going to the spam box.
Yes, you can use. However, if you use email address like "[email protected]" with our domain name,
it would
significantly increase the chance of getting into the recipient's inbox.
If you (or your IT team) are able to customize the DNS setting of your domain based on our
instruction, you will be able to use your email domain as sender email address.
Alternatively, if you have a SendGrid account and have been issued an API key, we can help you to use it in
our system. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
No, you cannot remove the confirmation page. We must have this middle page for the following 2
reasons.
1. Some guest might click button wrongly.
2. Some email servers has "Auto URL screening" that enables all the links on an email be clicked
before
the recipient receives the email. If we remove the middle confirmation page, our system might
capture the
wrong RSVP response as the actual guest may not have clicked on the RSVP buttons.
